MEC Mthembu visited the area of Ezinqoleni on the south coast of KZN to launch two agricultural projects namely, the Horse Shoe irrigation scheme and the Woyisane/Riverside cluster projects. Both these projects have been earmarked as catalytic projects in the establishment of an Agri-park in the area.
