KZN MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi visited the Nkandla local municipality, under the King Cetshwayo District yesterday as the MEC champion where she assessed together with Cogta MEC Sipho Hlomuka and Transport and Comunity Safety MEC Bheki Ntuli, the state of the rollout of water to rural communities as the province and country battle against the spread of Covid-19. MEC Hlomuka also officially handed over static tanks to the municipality which are to enhance water interventions being made by Cogta department.
