On Sunday, 01 December 2024, the Province of KwaZulu-Natal joined the rest of the world in commemorating World Aids Day. The provincial event took place at Umzingazi Sports Ground in Richards Bay. The theme for this year’s programme is ‘Equal Care’ in line with the global theme ‘Take the Right Path: My Health, My Right!’ KZN Agriculture and Rural Development MEC Thembeni kaMadlopha-Mthethwa alongside KZN Premier Thami Ntuli, was amongst other dignitaries observing the day’s commemoration.
