The Minister for Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development Mrs Thoko Didiza together with KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development Mrs Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi, today engaged on the status of agriculture in the country after heavy storms engulfed the province. Minister Didiza further outlined on the number of hectares, livestock, fisheries, import and export of the agricultural produce that have been affected in the sector. Stakeholders also had the opportunity to present inputs on some challenges affecting the sector.
