As the world celebrates the Nelson Mandela’s spirit of giving and sharing with the less fortunate, the KZN Department of Agriculture and Rural Development lead by MEC Themba Mthembu, undertook various engagements around the Province in commemoration of the 67 minutes for Mandela day.
