The Executive Council of the Government of KwaZulu-Natal, led by the Honourable Premier, Mr. Thami Ntuli, hosted Operation Sukuma Sakhe (OSS) Cabinet Day at Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality under uThukela District on Wednesday, 29 October 2025.

OSS aims to integrate the services of Government in order to ensure that it enriches the lives of all citizens. It serves as a platform to assess, monitor and evaluate the progress of service delivery. Transparency is key; therefore, public participation is encouraged.

As part of Operation Siyahlola, MEC Thembeni kaMadlopha-Mthethwa, accompanied by HOD Mr. Onkemetse Kabasia from the Department of Social Development, visited the Ntendelezane Cooperative in the Nkaseni area. This visit seeks to assess progress and acknowledge the valuable contribution of local farmers in strengthening food security and promoting sustainable livelihoods.
