In honor of the late great statesman, President Nelson Mandela, the KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development Hon. Super Zuma honoured his 67 minutes by visiting five (5) household gardens. This took place in Ngwavuma, Ward 14 where a large part of the community is dependent on agricultural production to sustain day-to-day living since there aren’t many amenities surrounding the area.

“Walking in the footsteps of our heroes and heroines is extremely important. Nelson Mandela fought for social justice for 67 years, so let’s honor the 67 minutes of Mandela Day by working together to eradicate poverty and advance world peace and cultural diversity” said MEC Super Zuma.
