KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development, Mrs Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi, hosted a dialogue session with Women in Agriculture and Rural Development (WARD) in Ladysmith, uThukela District on 9 December 2022. The main objective of this session was to provide a platform to engage and discuss the current challenges faced by women in the Agricultural sector and to evaluate progress on the implementation of resolutions taken at previous meetings.

The members of WARD welcomed the opportunity to meet with Hon. MEC Mrs Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi and acknowledged the efforts made by the Department to provide assistance in securing the future of women within the Agricultural sector.
