In commemoration of World Population Day with the focus on food insecurity, poverty and hunger alleviation, the KZN Department of Social Development lead by Hon. MEC Nonhlanhla Khoza together with the KZN Department of Agriculture and Rural Development lead by Hon. MEC Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi, officially opened a community care center and school gardens to mitigate these glaring negative factors. This took place in eSidumbini, Ndwedwe in Ilembe District Municipality.
