Today the entity under the KZN Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), Umngeni Water hosted the official partnership signing ceremony between the Umngeni Water board and King Cetshwayo District municipality. In attendance was the KZN Department of Agriculture and Rural Development MEC, Hon. Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi, who shared a message of support at the proceedings.
